Introduction to the BMW Z4
At one of the Moscow car fairs in the early 2000s, I was able to receive my first close-up view of the 2.8-liter BMW Z3 Roadster. The vendor of said car declared, "This sucker, and even with such an engine, is nothing but a hurricane." I gave myself permission to daydream for a moment at that point, thinking about how wonderful it would be to possess such a vehicle for the soul. For a brief period, I had the thought: I wonder whether I could purchase such a device.
After that, I frequently encountered BMW Z3 coupes and convertibles, and each time I did, I felt good. But that is not the topic of the review.
It so occurred that I was operating a 2005 BMW Z4 3.0L on a unique track. (The automobile has 231 horsepower, a 0–100 km/h time of 6 seconds, and a top speed of 250 km/h.) I should mention that this was my first excursion in a car of this caliber. My companion looked at me, grinned, and pressed the gas pedal as I sat in the passenger seat and tied my feet. The next instant, I felt like I was inside a fast-moving cannonball. Sharp acceleration, a ferocious engine growl, an exhilarating sound from the sports exhaust system...Sharp deceleration, a turn in the opposite way, and the speedometer reads 150. The friend then instructed him to click the sport button on the dashboard to start the vehicle in sport mode. We are pulling very slowly since the tires haven't warmed up, I unintentionally remembered a line from the movie "Taxi." Let's head to the track right away; I'll head to the second. Crazy dynamics, rubber squeaks, gripping the chair, holding my breath, and grasping my right hand are all present. The happy onlookers shouted and waved their hands as my left hand's fingers pressed into the seat's leather with the doorknob. I halted and let out a searing rubber-scented breath. I catch myself raising my brows,A tremendous rush of adrenaline, my heart bursting out of my chest, puffy eyes and a very idiotic smile on my face, a light tingling in my neck with pleasure, and an uncontrollable nervous laugh all hit me at once. In the future, I'll mention that I later observed friends having the similar reaction during the initial vehicle ride. No longer present is any uncertainty! Thus, I purchased this Batman phone. Crazy dynamics made me hold my breath while my right hand gripped the doorknob and my left hand's fingers dug into the seat's leather to muffle the cheery yells of onlookers waving their hands and smiling. I halted after smelling burnt rubber. I notice that I have lifted brows, puffy eyes, and a ridiculous smile on my face.A tremendous rush of adrenaline, my heart bursting out of my chest, puffy eyes and a very idiotic smile on my face, a light tingling in my neck with pleasure, and an uncontrollable nervous laugh all hit me at once. My eyebrows are lifted, my eyes are swollen, and I have a silly smile on my face. Compare with competitor
A 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 and the Batman mobile were also available for comparison. (The car's specs are as follows: 3.5 liters, 272 horsepower, 5.5 seconds to 100 km/h, and a top speed of 250 km/h.) Both cars feature sports exhaust systems; each has a unique sound and system that is equally enjoyable. Briefly put: Both vehicles had quite accurate and consistent steering responses, but I preferred the Black Cloak's steering more. According to the data sheet, the SLK 350 has a bigger, more potent engine and a half-second acceleration, but the Z4 acceleration seems to be more dynamic. Given that SLK has a metal roof, could the improved sound insulation of SLK contributed to this perception? Maybe it's because of the Z4The SLK is more comfortable while being more driver-like. The SLK's improved soundproofing (due to the hardtop) does, however, have a drawback: it causes the roof to constantly creak when you drive over potholes in the road. This SLK cricket underwent inheritance from the previous body's model as well. However, the majority of hardtop convertibles have this issue.
Commentary Handling
In the back of the E46, the Z4 suspension was installed instead of the 3 Series', and it has proven to be dependable
I occasionally switch between a Mercedes-Benz C-class Sportcoupe and a Z4; at these times, the C-class Sportcoupe seems to me to be a long SUV that can even climb curbs. This method won't work on the Z4.
The car handles superbly, although I must admit that in 18-wheel drives with wide, low-profile RUN FLAT tires, the car does not enjoy ruts, and you must exert effort behind the wheel to prevent the car from being flung from a rut. On the Moscow Ring Road, for instance, this is uncomfortable when changing lanes. The car now has a "tense" appearance from the exterior. Running through the seams on the third transmission ring is also improper. The automobile travels on 16 wheels with RUN FLAT tires and disregards the track, operating as if it were on rails. Transferring 16 CDs is often convenient, but doing it with 18 is significantly more attractive.
For fuel consumption BMW z4
14.8 l of fuel on average per 100 km. If you drive softly, it might be lower. But regrettably, at least for me, this is not feasible. You are continually encouraged to drive dynamically by the car, which makes you want to hit the gas pedal hard so you can hear the three-liter six's true sound. The emotions you have when hearing this sound are much more expensive than the expense of using fuel. And because you are fully aware of what you receive in exchange, you do not even for a second regret spending the money.
